Connect baler to tractor, set position, secure.
Release and lock drawbar bolt for positioning.
Clean splines, fit drive shaft, check clearance, adjust length.
Clean knotter beaks and twine retainers for secure twine holding.
Place four quality twine spools upright into the twine box.
Turn flywheel to resting position, move safety latch to "Aus".
Thread twine carefully, ensuring it runs freely.
Adjust twine tensioner for correct tension.
Disengage trip, turn metering wheel until control rod trips.
Turn flywheel to thread twine into knotters.
Adjust tension springs gradually for desired bale density.
Set pick-up height for 2 cm ground clearance.
Adjust nut to control bale length.
Maintain PTO speed at 540 rpm for 100 rpm ram strokes.
Keep lights clean, check function, carry chocks.
Perform first oil change after 10 hours, then seasonally.
Tighten bolts after 20 hours, use multi-purpose grease.
Clean teeth of spur and bevel gears as necessary.
