If your Wells Food Warmer is tripping the circuit breaker, there might be a few reasons. One potential cause is wet insulation. Check the flange-to-counter seal to ensure it's intact. If not, reseal it with food-grade silicone sealant. Another cause might be a pan leaking or other internal damage, in which case you should contact your Authorized Wells Service Agency for repairs. It is also possible that there is some other internal damage and you should contact your Authorized Wells Service Agency for repairs.

If your Wells Food Warmer is heating up slowly, there could be a couple of reasons. Mineral deposits on the pan acting as an insulator could be the reason. Try cleaning the pans with a delime cleaner. Also, verify that the supply voltage matches the voltage on the warmer's nameplate, as being wired to the wrong voltage can cause slow heating.
