• Resetting Filter Life: Hold hand over HOT SELECT for 5 seconds until the service
indicator flashes. Pull hand away, then hold hands over BOTH the HOT SELECT and
DISPENSE sensors for 5 seconds until a multi-tone chime is heard.
• Changing the Dispense Rate: The flow rate on the W9CT is set to 3L/min, which is
twice as fast as traditional cooler and ideal for larger bottles. If it is deemed
appropriate to lower this flow rate, following these steps will reduce it to 2L/min.
Hold BOTH hands over HOT SELECT and DISPENSE sensors simultaneously for 5
seconds until a multi-tone chime is heard. Remove hands, then again place hands
in front of HOT SELECT and DISPENSE sensors and hold for 5 seconds until the
multi-tone chime is heard. Repeat the same sequence to switch back to 3L/min
flow rate.
• Silencing the Beep and Chime: The unit makes a Beep sound when a sensor is
activated. This sound can be turned off if desired by following the provided steps.
Hold hand over HOT SELECT for 1 second, then hold hand in front of DISPENSE
sensor 5 times in quick succession. The Beep sound should now be silenced. To
switch it back on, repeat this process.
