If the unit is damaged or malfunctioning, do not attempt repair on your own
When dispensing ice from the unit, avoid placing the cup too close to the ice
dispense hole.
This could cause ice accumulation on the ice door and it might block ice from
dispensing. If this occurs, please use a long tool to remove the clogged ice.
When dispensing the ice, avoid using a glass cup or a cup containing liquid.
Do not insert or block the ice dispensing hole with foreign objects. This could
cause a product failure.
To avoid burns from hot water, use a deep container such as a cup while dis-
pensing hot water.
Install the unit at a place where the surface is flat. After installation, always
adjust the level of the unit by using a level gauge.
Tilting can cause performance degradation.
When transporting the unit, do not tilt it over 45°. Severe tilting can cause a
performance degradation.
Do not install the product in a sloped or unstable position.
This can cause a performance degradation, system failure or overall trouble.
Do not install the unit in a place where the temperature may drop below
50 °(10 °). Ice may not dispense properly because ice may melted each other,
and it may cause malfunction.
After transport, do not plug in for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the unit
to stabilize.
In case of abnormal noise, smell or smoke, please contact your distributor.
