Never enter machine to clear blockages unless SAFE STOP PROCEDURE is followed.
Always disconnect PTO drive shaft at tractor end before performing adjustments or service.
Regularly check hydraulic circuits, hoses, and ensure tyre pressure is maintained.
Lubricate PTO shaft, bearings every 8 operating hours with quality grease and oil.
Verify tyre pressures and wheel nut tightness every 8 operating hours.
Measure chain slackness (6-12mm) and perform regular tensioning and lubrication.
Periodically check hydraulic hoses for cracking or damage that may compromise functionality.
Couple tractor to spreader, fit PTO shaft with shear coupling, check shear bolt grade.
Close sliding door, break up manure, engage PTO, and adjust door for required spread.
Engage PTO at low revs, open sliding door 2-3 inches for slurry, adjust for consistency.
Locate shear bolts in PTO shaft, disconnect PTO, and replace if breakage occurs.
