In the event of certain issues with the device, an error code will appear on the display.
The following is an explanation of the causes and resolutions.

Error code
Cause
Resolution
The directional controller was
deected when the arm was
rotated upward.
The directional controller was
not in neutral position when the
power was turned on.
The brakes were released.
The DC connector was connected
while the power was on, or the
device was turned on while
charging.
Low battery.
Speed restriction has been
activated after the battery
temperature dropped
signicantly.
Speed restriction has been
deactived after the battery
temperature rose above 0°C.
The device may be on a slope of
10° or greater. Please assess the
actual conditions and use this
error only as guidance.
Lower the arm and turn the
power on again.
Power back on without touching
the directional controller.
Lock the brakes.
Disconnect the DC connector
from the device.
Recharge the battery.
Store the battery in room
temperature or at least in an
ambient temperature of above
0°C until the battery temperature
rises above 0°C.
Speed restriction due to low
battery temperature has been
deactived.
Please use caution to slowly
move to a location where the
inclination angle is 10° or less.

Troubleshooting

Directional Controller Deflected Upward

Error code 01: Directional controller deflected upward, arm rotated up. Solution: Lower arm, power on.

Directional Controller Not in Neutral

Error code 02: Directional controller not neutral on power-on. Solution: Power on without touching.

Brakes Released

Error code 03: Brakes were released. Solution: Lock the brakes.

DC Connector Connected During Power-On

Error code 04: DC connector connected during power-on or device on while charging. Solution: Disconnect connector.

Low Battery

Low battery warning. Solution: Recharge the battery.

Speed Restriction Due to Low Battery Temperature

Speed restriction due to significant battery temp drop. Solution: Store in room temp until >0°C.

Speed Restriction Deactivated After Temperature Rise

Speed restriction deactivated as battery temp rose above 0°C. Solution: Speed restriction due to low battery temperature deactivated.

Device on Steep Slope

Device may be on a slope of 10° or greater. Use error as guidance. Solution: Move to a location with <10° inclination.

Assembly

Connecting Drive Bases

Connect the rear drive base to the front drive base by aligning handles and tilting.

Attaching Storage Basket

Align and attach the storage basket to the rear drive base, securing the hook fastener.

Attaching Seat Assembly

Remove seat cushion, align seat assembly using view hole, and secure with release lever.

Attaching Battery

Grasp battery handle, align tabs with compartment, and press down to insert until tail light illuminates.

Basic Operations

Getting In and Out

Turn off power before getting in/out. Ensure display is off before sitting and after standing.

Powering On and Off

Press power button to turn on and check display. Confirm display is off when powering off.

Driving and Stopping

Tilt directional controller to move. Remove hand to stop the device.

Smartphone App Integration

App Setup and Connectivity

Download app, enable Bluetooth, log in, and connect to the device for configuration.

Freewheel Mode Operation

Engaging Freewheel Mode

Push down red brake release levers on both sides to manually move the Model C.

Charging Procedures

Charging While Installed

Move device to outlet, power off, plug in charger, then connect DC connector to charge.

Charging Detached Battery

Detach battery, plug charger into outlet, connect DC connector to charge battery.

Disassembly for Storage or Transport

Removing Battery

Grasp battery handle and pull towards you to remove, ensuring it is unlocked.

Removing Seat

Remove storage basket, pull seat release lever, lift seat assembly off rear drive base.

Removing Storage Basket

Lift basket to detach hook fastener, pivot forward, and release from rear drive base.

Removing Front Drive Base

Pull base release lever, grab Handle A, and separate front drive base from rear drive base.
