If problems persist, it's best to contact an electrician. Also, remember that the lid must be closed for the washer to operate. The washer pauses during certain cycles, so avoid interrupting it. If the washer is tightly packed, remove a few items, rearrange the load evenly, and add detergent. After starting a cycle, do not add more than 1 or 2 additional items.

Arrange the load evenly and select the Drain & Spin cycle to remove excess water. * Check that the drain hose is correctly installed and free from clogs. Do not tape over the drain opening. If the end of drain hose is higher than 96" (2.4 m) for models with 1C prefix or 48" (1.22 m) for models with 2D prefix, lower it. * Too much detergent can cause draining issues.
