Washer/Dryer turns on, but
does not work
Product connected to a voltage
different from the nominal voltage of
the product.
Check if the voltage of your socket is compatible with the
voltage of your Washer/Dryer.
It does not wash Low water pressure. Check with a plumber or the water supply company.
Cycle unsuitable for the type of
clothes.
See the cycles on page 8.
Inadequate detergent for your washer. use only HE High Efciency detergents.
It does not dry Lack of water. Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
The condensation drying system needs cold water to dry the
clothes.
Washer/Dryer connected to a hot water
tap.
Do not connect your Washer/Dryer to hot water pipes.
Use a cold-water tap (5-30 °C).
Excess clothes during drying. The maximum drying capacity is 6 kg (dry clothes). When
lling the basket, keep the clothes well distributed so they
can move during drying.
Easy Ironing option selected. With the Easy Ironing option, clothes come out slightly wet
at the end of the program, to facilitate the act of ironing. See
page 10.
Short time selected for the clothing
quantity.
Increase the drying time or use the automatic Super Dryer
function, see page 10.
Waste in the Dispenser’s
compartments
Low water pressure. Check with a plumber or the water supply company.
Hardened detergent. Do not use hardened powder detergent. Check the detergent
expiration date.
Very viscous softener. Dilute the softener before you put it in the Dispenser.
Characteristic of the product. At the end of the cycle, it is normal to have some kind of
accumulation of water in the Dispenser, because during
the centrifugation, the water that is in the upper part of the
Dispenser may fall, remaining in it until the next wash. This
feature does not shorten the life of the product.
It does not ll/No water

The Washer/Dryer works at a very low
water level, to save water and energy.
Normal operating characteristic.
Folded water inlet hose. Unblock the water inlet hose.
Water inlet hose lter clogged. Clean the lter as directed on page 17.
Lack of water. Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
Water outlet hose is installed less than
0.85 m from the ground.
Review the installation and positioning information of the
water outlet hose at the appropriate height on page 21.
Outlet hose entered too much into the
drain pipe.
The hose should be placed no more than 20 cm into the
drainpipe.
The product is on pause. Press the START/PAUSE to restart the product.
Low water pressure. Call a plumber to adjust the water pressure to comply with
the instructions on page 3.
Washer & Dryer does not
release water / drain
Water outlet hose is installed above
1.20 m.
Review the installation and positioning information of the
water outlet hose at the appropriate height according to the
instructions in item “Drain System”, page 21.
Water outlet hose folded or clogged by
fragments or bers.
Clear the hose.
The product is on pause (panel
ashing).
Press the START/PAUSE button for 3 seconds to restart the
product.
