Problem Possible Causes Solution
Washing machine is lled
with water, but the product
is off
Low water pressure. The low pressure causes direct passage of water in the valve
product. Call a plumber to adjust the water pressure which
must comply with the instructions on page 3.
Clothes come out wet / It
does not centrifuge
Program unsuitable for the type of
clothes.
The centrifugation speeds for the Normal and Gentle options
are not necessarily the same for different programs to avoid
damage to clothes. See the programs on page 8.
Gentle centrifugation option selected. Gentle centrifugation is performed at a lower speed and your
clothes will be less wrinkled and wetter.
Mixture of synthetic clothes together
with clothes of other materials (e.g.
cotton).
Prefer to wash different fabrics in different washes. Some
fabrics act as a barrier to water extraction from other pieces,
and these can come out wetter. See page 8.
Small pieces can get stuck in the
door’s rubber seal and not be
centrifuged.
Small pieces, such as socks and underwear, should be
washed in bags suitable for washing.
Low basket speed during
centrifugation
Washer/Dryer is balancing the clothes
at the beginning of centrifugation.
At the beginning of centrifugation, the basket rotates at lower
speeds to accommodate the pieces of clothes automatically.
In a next use, you can put more pieces to facilitate this stage
of accommodation of the clothes.

After drying, it is recommended not to open the dispenser

Quirky smell of rubber Some components are made of rubber,
so you may smell rubber.
With use and time, the smell will fade.

the door’s rubber
Small pieces can be stuck in this
region.
Small pieces, such as socks and underwear, should be
washed in bags suitable for washing.
Softener and/or detergent

Do not exceed the recommended softener and detergent
