Problems Possible Cause & Solution
No-failure analysis
Both sides of the refrigerator has a condenser, it is a normal phenomenon to have heat dissipation
during operation.
The temperature is high inside the refrigerator during the first time operation, cooling time will be
longer.
Due to the high flow rate of refrigerant in the capillary within the refrigeration system, water running
sounds may occur sometimes.
When the humidity is high, it is a normal phenomenon to have dew appearing on the refrigerator
surface and particularly near the door sealing.
Buzz: Buzz will be generated by running compressor specially when starting up or shutting down.
Clatter: The solenoid valve or electric switch valve will clatter which is a normal phenomenon and
does not affect the operation.
The refrigerating chamber will periodically frost and defrost (water drops will be generated on the
backside of the refrigerating chamber when defrosting) which is normal.
When closing one of the doors, the another one may be opened because of the air flow pressure,
which is normal.
