be
used
to
replace
both
straight
stitching
and
zig-zag
overcasting
in
knitted
sports
wear,
lingerie,

hand-
knitted
garments.
Makes
a
thin,
flexible
seam
that
stretches.
1.
Set
the
pattern
selector
in
the
range
of
“0-3”,
otherwise
needle
may
hit
the
needle
plate
and
break.
2.
Insert
the
twin
needle
in
the
same
way
as
a
single
one
(flat
side
awa’v
from
you).
Place
two
spools
of
threads
on
the
spool
pins.
3.
Thread
machine,
taking
care
that
thE
two
strands
of
thread
are
separatec
as
much
as
possible
when
placini
them
in
the
holes
of
the
threa
guides
and
the
tension
discs.
4.
Be
sure
to
place
the
two
round
felt
provided
in
the
accessories
over
th
spool
pins.
To
turn
a
corner
with
a
twin
needle
stop
stitching
when
right
hand
needl
just
pierces
fabric.
Raise
presse
foot,
turn
fabric
half
a
turn
pivotin
fabric
on
tip
of
needle.
Lowe
presser
foot
and
take
one
stitc
Raise
presser
foot
again,
complel
turn,
and
begin
stitching
in
ne
direction.
