PREPARATION
With upwards movement of neédle (b) from its right hand lowest position by turning
hand wheel (a), the needle should start to swing at 2 ~ 4mm above the upper surface of
needle plate.
1. Loosen screw ©.
2. Hold worm gear © .
3. Turn balance wheel in the required direction
refering to the diagram.
4. Check backlash after adjusting.
5. Tighten screw
