CHARGING THE WIDEX SMARTRIC™ HEARING AIDS
12 sec The hearing aid is fully charged.
12 sec The hearing aid is charging.
If the charger is plugged into the mains via a USB-C cable or charging on a Qi pad charger,
the light indicators will stay illuminated.
Light indicator
There is a LED light indicator for each hearing aid on the front of the charger.
Here is a key to the various light indications:
If the charger isn’t plugged into the mains:
Fading green Within 10 seconds of a long button press – charger is switching o.
Flashing orange
High hearing aid temperature (Qi-pad charging);
charging will continue when temperature reduces.
Flashing red
High hearing aid temperature (normal charging);
charging will continue when temperature reduces.
Other light indications that may appear:
Each hearing aid will charge independently, e.g. if one hearing aid is fully charged
and the other not, only the one hearing aid with low battery will charge.

From 0% battery status,
a full hearing aid charge
will take about 4 hours.
If the hearing aid battery is < 40%,
fast charging is activated and a
30-minute charge will provide up to
8 hours’ of hearing aid use.
