TROUBLESHOOTING
Please check below items before asking for maintenance. If the malfunction
still can’t be eliminated, please contact local dealer or qualied professionals.

Air conditioner
can’t operate
Power failure
Is the plug loose?
Has the air switch
tripped off or has the
fuse been blown?
Is there’s malfunction for
the circuit?
Has the unit been
restarted immediately
after a stop?
Wait after power recover
Reinsert the plug

replace air switch or fuse.
Ask for professional help to
replace circuit.
Wait for 3 min, and then try
turning it on again.
Poor cooling Is the power too low?
Is the air lter lled with
dust/impurities?
Has the temperature
for the unit been set
properly?
Are doors and windows
closed?
Make sure that the device has
been connected to a proper
power source.
Clean the air lter
Adjust the temperature.
Close the door and window.
