IMPORTANT: Pump will not operate while plugged into electrical
outlet. Only use included USB Charging Cables and chargers
compatible with specications identied on page 28 (Technical
Information).
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
The Pump automatically turns o after 25 minutes. You
may turn o the pump at any time. Press the Power
button to restart Pump with a new session.
If your Pump is not working, or the LED Indicator is
blinking red:
Make sure the Pump is charged
Make sure the Pump is fully assembled
Check parts for wear and tear; replace any damaged
parts
Reset the Pump by pressing and holding the Power
button for at least 6 seconds
The Willow Go™ Breast Pump is not a serviceable device.

Storing the Pump
Short Term
Recharge if LED indicates low battery (red).
Thoroughly clean / dry washable parts.
Do NOT store milk in the assembled Container.
Long Term
Thoroughly clean / dry washable parts.
Prevent mold from forming by ensuring parts
and storage bag are completely dry before
storing.
8. CHARGING
Check battery status by pressing the Power
button.
If battery is low, charge Pump with provided
USB Charging Cables.
When Pump is charging, the LED Indicator will
pulse. When Pump is fully charged, the LED
Indicator light will turn o.
Pump can be can fully charged in about 2 hours
when using a 5V / 2A charger.
