Everything in the upgrade compartment can be damaged by static electric discharge.
Make sure to take precautions against it.
REPLACING THE HARD DISK DRIVE
If you decide you need more storage space, you can get a hard disk drive with more storage
capacity. The options include 340MB and 520MB drives, among others. If you decide you want
to upgrade, call the number listed on the “Read-Me-First” document for the latest options. The
upgrades come installed in replacement mounting frames that fit in the computer’s hard disk
compartment.
