If the optional off-aisle pump runs, but no solution sprays from the tool nozzle on your Windsor Floor Machine:
* Replace the nozzle if it is clogged.
* Fill the solution tank if it's empty.
* If the machine was turned off by the key switch or emergency stop switch while in off-aisle mode with the wand/hand tool trigger squeezed, disconnect and reconnect the solution supply hose to the pump to relieve suction pressure buildup.

If the optional off-aisle pump will not run on your Windsor Floor Machine:
* Replace the fuse if the pump harness in-line fuse is blown.
* Remove and reinstall the fuse cap and fuse if the fuse cap or fuse is making a bad connection.

If your Windsor Floor Machine isn't picking up water, it could be due to several reasons:
* Debris caught on the vacuum shoe: Remove the debris.
* Damaged vacuum shoe: Replace the vacuum shoe.
* Vacuum hose clogged: Clear the obstruction from the hose.
* Vacuum hose disconnected from the vacuum shoe: Reconnect the vacuum hose.
* Recovery tank float system dirty: Clean the float system.
* Recovery tank not sealed: Latch the recovery tank lid to the tank. Replace damaged gaskets.
* Float-ball shut-off engaged, tank full: Empty the recovery tank.
* Foam filling recovery tank: Empty the recovery tank. Use less or a different detergent. Use defoamer.
