Ensure a micro SD memory card is inserted into the camera before use.
Recharge the camera for approximately 30 minutes. Refer to chapter 8.1 for charging methods.
Verify the camera lens is not obstructed by the removable wing.
Rotate the movable wing to expose the USB port for connection.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on; blue indicator light will be solid.
Press the power button once to start recording. Blue indicator light flashes; can cover light with wing.
Press the power button again to stop recording. Blue indicator light will be solid.
Hold power button for 3 seconds to turn off; blue indicator flashes twice then goes off.
Hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on; blue indicator light will be solid.
Press power button twice quickly to take photo; indicator light flashes slowly then solid.
Hold power button for 3 seconds to turn off; blue indicator flashes twice then goes off.
Turn off the camera before proceeding.
Connect the camera to a computer.
Access the removable disk drive and create 'TIME.txt' in the root directory.
Enter date/time in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS Y/N format in TIME.txt.
Save the TIME.txt file and disconnect the camera from the computer.
The system will automatically upgrade after restarting the camera.
Ensure the camera is turned off before proceeding.
Connect the camera to a computer to access files.
Files are accessible in 'VIDEO' and 'PHOTO' folders on the removable disk drive.
Plug the camera into an external power socket using the provided USB charger and cable.
Connect the camera to a power bank to charge it.
Insert camera into a DC5V 1A USB charger adapter and plug into a power socket.
Video resolution is 1280x960, and the video format is AVI.
Camera shuts down automatically after one minute of inactivity in standby mode.
Each video clip is automatically generated and saved every 10 minutes.
