1. Store phone numbers
In on-hook status, press and then LCD will display ADD↑SEARCH↓
a. Press CLID▲ to add new information, enter the name then press to access the
telephone number input page. Enter the telephone number, press to complete.
b. Follow the same procedure to store more names and numbers to a maximum capacity of
80 entries. Once reaching 80, MEMORY FULL will display on LCD.
2. Review phonebook:
a. Press to access the phonebook page. Press CLID▼ and LCD will display “PLS Input
Name”. Enter the name to view the telephone number.
b. Press CLID ▲or▼ to view the phonebook.
c. Alphabetical searching is supported. Enter a letter to view the name’s starting with that
letter.
3. Delete:
When viewing caller information in phonebook, press and hold DEL/SET for 3 seconds to
delete the name and number.
4. Dial from phonebook
a. In on-hook status, searching desired number in phonebook, press CALL NUM or or pick
up the handset to dial out automatically.
b. In off-hook status, search for the desired number in phonebook, press CALL NUM to make
a call.
TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE E
NO DIAL TONE / PHONE IS DEAD.
Check the hook switch and make sure it
pops-up.
Check that the line cord from the wall jack is
plugged in properly and the line is active.
Check that all connectors are firmly inserted in
the intended sockets.
Check the ringer volume setting. Increase the
ringer volume (see function setup Page 19).
DIAL TONE BUT CAN’T DIAL OUT.
Check that PULSE / TONE is set correctly
according to the telephone exchange or PABX
requirement.
NO CALLER IDENTIFICATION IS
DISPLAYED.
For caller identification to function you must
subscribe to CLID service. Contact your
service provider.
