 Check that grounds container is correctly inserted
 Switch the coffee machine off and on again

 Switch the coffee machine off and on again

 Switch off the coffee machine
 Disconnect mains plug
 Remove bean hopper cover
 Empty bean hoppers
 Rotate the grinder disk clockwise or counter
clockwise only by using the multitool for
the hopper (two pins must be inserted in the
corresponding recesses on the grinder; see
illustration) until the blockage is cleared
 Fill bean hoppers
 Replace bean hopper cover
 Switch on the coffee machine

If the blockage cannot be cleared:
 Set grinding degree one stage coarser
