 With one hand, reach into the chute under the
brewing unit and release and hold the retaining
catch (illustration1)
 Slowly guide the brewing unit all the way down, tilt
and pull forward (illustration2)
 Remove the brewing unit and hold firmly
Use the multitool from the accessories.
 Turn the thread on the brewing unit head counter-
clockwise (illustration3) until the scraper is in the
forward position
 Pull the springs outward and press them down
This unlocks the insertion chute.
 Swing the insertion chute[1] upwards
 Clean the brewing sieve under running water or
with acloth
