Liability exclusion
We expressly point out that we are not liable for damage resulting from the following:
• inappropriate use
• unsuitable, improper or careless handling
• disregarding these instructions for use
• faulty repairs
• the use of spare parts that do not correspond to the original ones.
This also applies to additional parts and accessories.
Insofar as there is no legal requirement we are further only liable for damage resulting
from intentional or grossly negligent handling by legal representatives of our company
or their vicarious agents.

methods. For this reason we guarantee fully material, manufacture and function
