Operating Instructions
This book has important information for use and safe operation of this machine. Failure to read this book
prior to operating or attempting any service or maintenance procedure to your concrete Grinder could
result in injury to you or other personnel, damage to the machine or to other property could occur
as well. You must have training in the operation of this machine before using it.
1.12 Must be connected with electric GFCI and Ground.
1.13 Cables/Wire must not be damaged
1.14 Adjust the height of the operating handle so that the machine can be pulled down to the best state. Pull the handle
down and raise the whole base.
1.15 Make sure all fastening bolts are tight, and the gaps of the discs are even.
1.16 The bottom of the machine is magnetic, only need to adsorb the diamond tool or the adapter that absorbs the
adhesive resin grinding disc.
1.17 Check whether the indicator light ( on the back) is on after power-on, and the panel parameters are displayed
normally.
1.18 If dry grinding, please connect the vacuum cleaner and connect to the suction port to ensure that the suction pipe
has no air leakage. If wet grinding, be sure to full fill the floor with water. Do not only wet the floor in order to reduce
dust, so that the resistance during the flooding process is abnormal and the motor load is overloaded.
1.19 Turn on the start switch and run from low speed to high speed to see if the machine is running smoothly. The speed
is adjusted according to the ground conditions, and the general condition is 300-1500 rpm.
2.0 Do Not polish at low speed, especially on extremely poor ground. Low speed may not work, thus causing the motor to
overheat and burn out.
2.1 Start the machine with FWD/REV
2.2 Slowly rotate the speed control knob to adjust to the required construction speed and enter the normal grinding state.
2.3 If you encounter an emergency, immediately press the red brake button and the machine will stop working
immediately.
2.4 After the grinding is finished, unplug the power plug after the machine is stopped.
2.5 When starting and stopping work, the operator must protect the machine and keep moving the machine at a constant
speed, to prevent damaging grinding discs and burning the floor.
2.6 Avoid protrusions on the ground, such as steel bars
