Review the Torque Limiter settings and increase them if needed. Verify the droop setting, setting it to 0 if required. Inspect the Aux Input terminals to ensure the auxiliaries are within range, with a maximum voltage of 2.5 Vdc. Also, check the linkage from the actuator to the fuel rack.
