the product with increased force. The weight of the product
generates enough pressure. Too much pressure will overload
the motor, slow down the grinding process, and put dangerous
pressure on the grinding disc (9) causing damage.
3) Move the grinder evenly back and forth.
4) Always position the guard (10) so that as much of the exposed
disc (9) as possible is pointing away from you.
5) Be prepared for a stream of sparks when the disc touches the
material.
6) For best tool control, material removal and minimum
overloading, keep an angle between the disc (9) and the
workpiece surface at approximately 15° to 30° when grinding.
7) Use cautiously when working into corners as contacting with the
intersecting surface may cause the grinder to jump or twist.
8) When grinding is complete, allow the workpiece to cool. Do not
touch the hot surface.
