Symptom Cause Solution
Grinding disc
wobbles or vibrates
The outer flange is
not tightened.
Tighten the outer
flange
The disc is not
correctly located on
the flange plate.
Re-locate the disc on
the flange plate.
Disc disintegrates Disc is old Remove it and
replace with a new
disc
The Battery pack
gets warm when
charging.
It’s a result of the
stepping down
of the chemical
reactions inside the
batteries during the
charging process.
This is normal.
The fault cannot be
rectified.
The tool needs to
be repaired.
