What to do if no distilled water comes out of my Woson Distilling equipment?

  If no distilled water is coming out of your Woson Distilling equipment, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure that the heating switch is on; this switch can be tight, so apply firm pressure. Also, check if the master switch is on. If the indicator light is on but there's still no heat, the fuse may be disconnected and needs replacing with a 10A fuse, or the socket may not be properly connected, so check and connect it. Finally, ensure the tank has water; if it doesn't, add water.

  If your Woson Distilling equipment is leaking water, check the lid to ensure it's tightly closed to prevent steam leakage. If the distilled water outflow from the nozzle is too hot, it might be due to an environmental temperature higher than 40 degrees; a proper temperature is below 30 degrees. Also, examine the rubber seal ring between the lid and tank; if it's not tight, replace it. For issues like thick dirt on the condense pipe wall or a non-functional fan, the equipment needs to be maintained by a professional.

  If the water production of your Woson Distilling equipment isn't meeting the standard (more than 96%), it could be due to a few reasons. Check that the lid is closed tightly to prevent air leaks. Also, the rubber seal ring between the lid and tank might not be tight, in which case you should replace it. If the condense pipe wall has a thick layer of dirt, which affects the condensing effect, maintenance by professionals is needed.
