Step 13.
Using 2 x 40mm countersunk screws per unit, attach the top and bottom front rails to the top front rail
and bottom xed shelf on the unit.
Make sure that the front of the rails sit 0.5mm back from the front of the side rails and is evenly spaced
from the front of the unit along the entire length.
Make sure that the screw heads are ush with the rails.
Step 14.
Using 40mm screws, attach the unwrapped rail to the back of the unit. Screw into the end panels to secure in
place. Position the front of the rail 50mm in front of the back panel of the unit.
Step 15.
Cover screw heads on the inside of the unit with cover caps.
Step 16.
If the run of units is over 1000mm, add additional lengths of unwrapped rails going from front to back
between the front wrapped rail and the rear unwrapped rail on the end panels of the units to add additonal
support.
