 Candlemode:
Simulatesaflickeringcandleorfireplace,untilyouswitchtheflashlightoff.
Oryouaddtimerfor30min:Eachtripleclickadds30minincludingaburndownsimulationattheend.Candle
modetimercangoforupto4.5hours.Ithasadjustablebrightnessasdescribedatthebeginningofthe
Strobessection.
 Bikeflasher:
Steadyoutputwitha“stutter”oncepersecond.Itisdesignedtobemorevisiblethananormalramping
mode,butotherwiseworksmostlythesame.Ithasadjustablebrightnessasdescribedatthebeginningof
theStrobessection.
 Partystrobe/TacticalStrobe:
Motion‐freezingstrobe.Itcanbeusedtofreezespinningfansandfallingwater.Ithasanadjustablespeed.
Holdtoincreasespeed,clickandholdtodecreasestrobespeed.Outputbrightnesslevelisthemaximum
level.
 Lightningstormmode:
Flashesatrandombrightnessandrandomspeedtosimulatelightningstrikesduringabusylightningstorm.
TS21canrandomlyflashatfullpowerinthismode.Lookingdirectlyattheflashlightinthismodewithdark
adaptedvisioncouldcausediscomfort.

Note:Theeffectisbiggerifyouuseadiffuser.Lightningstormisalsomorefunwithadiffuser.Diffuserissold
separately.
GeneralConfiguration
Everyconfigmodeusethesameinterface.Ithasoneormoreoptionstheusercanset,anditwillgothrough
itsconfigurationnumbersinorder.TS21confirmseachclickwithablink.
Foreachmenuitem,thelightwillfollowthesamepattern:
 Blinkoneormoretimes=configurationnumber
Toindicatewhichsettingyouarein.Allconfigmenus“fallthrough”withnochangesifyoudon’tpressthe
button.
 “flicker”=TS21waitsforinput
Flickerisachangingquicklybetweentwobrightnesslevelsforabout3seconds.TheUsercanclickoneor
moretimestoenteranumber.TS21willkeepflickeringuntiltheuserstopsclicking,sothereisnoneedto
hurry.
 Pauseandthengotothenextoption
After thelighthasgone through allofthemenuoptions, TS21willreturnto the mode it was in before
enteringtheconfigmode.
RampConfiguration
BoththeSMOOTHRAMPand theSTEPPEDRAMPareconfigurable.TheusercansettheFLOOR(lowest
level),theCEILING(highestlevel),andforSTEPPEDmodeonly,thenumberofsteps.Foreithermodethere
are150outputlevels.Thelowestbrightnessislevel1,andthehighestislevel150.

WhiletheTS21isONinoneoftherampingmodes,click4timestoenterRAMPCONFIGURATIONforthe
currentramp.
ForSMOOTHRAMPING,thereare2menuoptions:
1. Floor
2. Ceiling


