ii. Forgotten Password
If a changed password has been forgotten the matrix will need to be restored to factory default settings to clear the forgotten password.
Use the Advanced Settings Tab if logged in. A third party application, such as Smartset GUI must be used if the forgotten password
prevents logging into the matrix. See
Restore Matrix to Factory Settings section of this guide.
