Maintenance
1. The Engine oil label is 10W-40 will a maximum volume of 600ml per filling each time. Too
much or too little may cause the overcharging station to fail to start normally.
2. 1st Service (Maintenance and oil replacement) of the Charging station is 20 hours of
cumulative operation, and the engine oil should be changed
3. Every 50hours of cumulative operation, replace Engine oil
4. Every 100hours of cumulative operation, air filter element needs to be cleaned.
5. Every 500hours of cumulative operation,
a. Replace the spark plug
b. Replace the air filter
c. Re-adjust the valve clearance.
Recommendation:
• Regularly check for the condition of the fuel pipe and replace the pipe if it is found to be hard-
ened or cracked
• Maintenance interval should be appropriately shortened in harsh operating conditions
Turning the Charging Station OFF
Manual Shutdown
• Turn OFF the Switch or
• Press the Emergency Stop switch
Automatic Shutdown
• After 1 minute of idling after battery is fully charged
• After 1 minute of idling when the battery is disconnected or turn off the battery during the
charging process
• Insufficient Engine Oil
