XAG P100 2022 MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION & NOTICE - 28/10/2022
When the XAG P100 RPA is operating under load during the flight, the flight vibration may cause the
screws joining the motor connector and insulator hub assembly to become loose. The spacing between
the connector and insulator may cause a short circuit resulting in a power surge and excessive heat
generated. The result may include melting deformation of the plastic Hub/Assembly.
Mandatory Maintenance Schedule Manufacturer Maintenance Advice
Instructions on how to check and maintain the motor connectors/hub assembly are as follows:
01 Unscrew the four screws that tightened the red bumper/navigation light and then remove the
bumper.
