Phaser® 7700 Color Printer

Weatherproof Paper

Phaser® Weatherproof Paper can be printed from the Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT) or from

Tray 1 for one-sided applications. To order Phaser Weatherproof Paper and other supplies,

contact your local reseller or visit the Xerox web site at www.xerox.com/office/7700supplies

Guidelines

■ Store Phaser Weatherproof Paper flat in its original packaging.

■ Leave the Phaser Weatherproof Paper in its original packaging until you are ready to use it.

■ Do not store Phaser Weatherproof Paper in extremely dry or humid conditions or

extremely hot or cold conditions. Storing Phaser Weatherproof Paper in extreme

conditions may cause it to jam in the printer or cause print quality problems.

■ Remove the Phaser Weatherproof Paper from the packaging and allow it to acclimate to

the room temperature and humidity prior to printing.

■ Do not leave the paper in the printer when you are finished printing. This may cause the

paper to curl and jam the printer.

■ Rotate stock frequently. Long periods of storage in extreme conditions can cause the

Phaser Weatherproof Paper to curl and jam the printer.

Printing Weatherproof Paper from Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT)

1. Open the Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT) and remove all paper.

2. Fan the Phaser Weatherproof Paper to release sheets that may be stuck together.

Caution

If you change the type of paper in a tray, you must

change the paper type and size on the front panel to

match the paper that you loaded. If you fail to do this,

print-quality problems can occur and the fuser can

be damaged.
