Check if the magnet-exciting coil of the stepper motor is broken or has bad contact at the wire end; repair or replace as needed. Bad contact in general could be the issue, requiring repair or replacement. Lastly, there might be a problem with the MOSFET tube type circuit board, which would also need repair or replacement.
