CAUTION! Alveo accelerator cards are designed to be installed into a data center server, where controlled
air ow provides direct cooling. If the cooling enclosure is removed from the card and the card is powered-
up, external fan cooling airow MUST be applied to prevent over-temperature shut-down and possible
damage to the card electronics. Removing the cooling enclosure voids the board warranty.
