Symptom Correction
No power
x Check if AC adapter of power is connected securely.
x If powered with the battery, check if it is exhausted.
x Pay attention to the right fitting of the battery.
x Switch the power button to the position ON.
No sound
x Ensure that the equipment is connected properly
x Ensure that the input setttings for the TV and stereo system
are proper.
x Please make sure, that the audio track exists on the disc.
x Control the volume.
No key operation
x Turn the unit off and then back to on.
x Disconnect the unit from power and from battery and connect
them again.
No playback
x Condensation had formed, please wait 1 or 2 hours to allow
the player dry out.
x Wrong disc, please use only DVD, CD or ISO Data disc
x The disc may be dirty and require cleaning.
x Ensure that the disc is installed with the label side up.
x The disc has too many scratches.
x Remove the laser pickup protection on the disc tray.
x The DVD+/-RW should be finalized.
x Wrong region code by the Video-DVD
x Cancel the parental lock function or change the parental lock
level. (The Pre-set password is 8806).
No remote control
x Check the batteries in the remote control
x Are the polarities correct?
x Batteries are depleted. Please uses new one.
x Point the remote control unit at the Infrared sensor and
operate.
x Remove the obstacles between the remote control and the
Infred snesor
x Operate the remote control unit at a distance of not more than
5 meters from the Infrared sensor.
No sound or picture by
AV IN/OUT
x Pay attention to the cable connection.
x Press to DVD/AV/TV button until AV is available
