Limited Warranty Policy
1.LimitedwarrantyisprovidedbyXPAquaonlyifyourXPAquaProduct
("Product")waspurchasedfromanauthorizeddistributororanauthorized
reseller.Thislimitedwarrantyisnottransferable.
2.Allwarrantyrepairsorreplacementareperformedbytheauthorized
distributororauthorizedresellerintheregionwheretheProductwasfirst
shippedbyXPAqua.
3.Thelimitedwarrantyisvalidforaperiodof1yearunderproperinstallation
andnormalusefromthedateoftheoriginalpurchaselistedontheproofof
purchaseorsalesreceipt.
4.Intheeventofalimitedwarrantyclaim,proofofpurchaseorsalesreceipt
(issuedtotheoriginalpurchaser)isrequired.
