      If your XPower Fan doesn't start, first ensure it has electricity and the power cord is properly plugged in. Remove and reconnect the power cord to make sure. Also, check that the timer switch isn't set to the “0” position; if it is, set it to “ON”. If it's the first time using the fan, the battery may need to be activated by charging it. If the battery capacity is 20% or lower, the fan will stop to protect the battery; in this case, you will need to charge the battery.
