The differential should be disassembled, assembled and setup in accordance with
drawing 1152-949-000A Plate Differential Assembly and using the tooling as follows:

5.4. Spiral Bevel Gear Assembly
The crownwheel and pinion should only be replaced by technicians experienced in

prior to attempting such changes. Xtrac also offer an overhaul service. Each gearbox
is supplied with a Bevel Setting sheet, a sample of which is included in Appendix C
Example Bevel Setting Sheet, and spacer sizes are included in the Build Verification
Sheet. Please refer to these and assembly drawing 1152-999-007A for further
information.
5.5. Lifing Chart
The following chart should be used to ensure that component life is not exceeded
and premature failures are prevented by regular inspection. Check and replace in
accordance with the recommended distances in Table 2 - Typical Component Life
Ratings.
Mark all parts for lifing purposes and note in build records. Typical lives of the most
critical parts are tabulated below. All parts not included in the list require inspection
after 6000km (3728 miles).
Visual inspection should identify any parts with dents, scratches, significant wear or
corrosion. For an indication of acceptable dog wearing levels for both mainshaft
gears and dog rings, please see Appendix B – Dog Damage Sheet.
NOTES: The table below is provided for guidance on the expected life of key
components based on Xtrac's experience of this product in sports car
applications, however no warranty is implied by figures stated below and lifing
