      This may happen if the Xtreme UPS is overloaded. Try removing some devices from the UPS output. If the devices are fed directly by the electrical network via the Bypass, remove excess loads from the UPS output. If, after repetitive overloads, the UPS is locked in the Bypass mode, remove excess loads, then shut down the UPS and restart it.

      This issue can occur due to two possible reasons: 1. The line and neutral conductors of the UPS input are reversed. Rotate the mains power socket by 180° and then connect it to the UPS system. 2. The external or internal battery is incorrectly connected. Check if all batteries are well connected.
