Motor roars, but does not work:
The impeller may be blocked. Solution: Have a qualified professional open the motor and remove the rubbish.
Low flow:
1. Check whether the filter or hose is blocked or not. Solution: Contact a professional cleaner to clean it.
2. The hose is too small. Solution: Have a qualified professional change it to a correct size hose.
3. The impeller is blocked, limited or damaged. Solution: Replace new components including sealing
components.
Pump making abnormal noise:
1. Pump shakes because of improper installation. Solution: Have a qualified professional install the pump on a
horizontal, flat surface and tighten the screws.
2. There is blockage in the pump, small rocks or fragments struck the impeller. Solution: clean the filter.
3. Normal wear and tear noise, overheating due to rust, leakage of sealed components due to corrosion and
penetration caused by chemicals. Solution: Replace worn components
