REGULAR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
1. Confirm whether screws in the baseboard are installed tightly. If any loose, tighten the screws.
2. Confirm whether the power cords and insulation parts are in good condition. If broken, repair or replace them to
prevent the leakage of electricity.
3. The pump should be stopped at once when the temperature is too high. Find out the reason and repair it.
Pump can be used only after repaired.
4. Pump should be stopped at once when the noise is too loud. Find out the reason and repair it. Pump can be
used only after repaired.
Warning:
1. More attention should be paid when using the pump. Do not let the water run into the motor and other electric
components.
2. To avoid electric shock, any damaged wires should be replaced immediately by a qualified technician. The
position of the wire should not be connected to a
mower, pruning shears or other equipment.
3. If it is necessary to separate the pump, power supply should be cut off and wait for the pump to stop
completely.
4. Make sure the power is connected correctly, and there is no break in power cord and insulation parts before
starting the pump.
5. Cut off the power before draining to avoid electric shock.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Motor does not work:
1. Check the timer to make sure it works correctly.
2. The power cord is connected improperly or loose. The power switch is not turned on or the relay or breaker has
tripped out. There is electricity leakage in power switch or the fuses break down. Solution: check all connections,
breaker and fuse.
Motor turns off automatically:
1. The power is too low for the motor or the voltage is too low for power supply; the power wire is too long or too
short. Solution: Check the power voltage and contact a qualified professional to check whether the power cord is
long enough or not.
2. The motor of the pump is equipped with an “automatic overheat protector”. When the temperature of the motor
is too high and may lead to burn out, the motor will automatically turn off or drop the supply. The “automatic
overheat protector” will restart automatically after the motor is cooling. It will continue to switch between on and off
and stop until the problem is solved.
