12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
P L E A S E S A V E Y O U R S A L E S R E C E I P T
The limited warranty as contained herein is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. There are no warranties
that extend beyond the description in this limited warranty.
The manufacturer warranties this product, including the batteries, charger, motor, controller to be free of manufacturing defects
for a period of 12Months from the DATE OF PURCHASE. This limited warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear, tires,
inner tubes, cables, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by improper assembly, set up, storage, or maintenance.
This warranty covers normal use only. It does not cover the product due to misuse, neglect, accident or improper service.
Any attempt of repair done by the consumer (other than tires and normal adjustments)
will void the warranty.
60 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MOTOR
1. The warranty for motors shall be limited to repairing service only and no replacement shall be provided, as follows:
(1) Customers who can not provide invoices, warranty cards, failure videos and motor numbers;
(2) exceeding 3 months from the date of customer purchase;
(3) Sample motor, unlocking speed-limiting motor.
2 The warranty for motors is 60 months. Some of the parts (e.g. motor wiring harness, Hall, nylon gear, stator, grease) can be
maintained once every 2 years and three times in 5 years for free.
3. Warranty coverage
3.1 Free service during the warranty period: quality problems such as performance failure and can not be repaired, phase
absence, burnout of line, demagnetization, shedding of magnetic steel, deformation of wheel shaft, fracture, gear damage,
bearing damage, etc.
3.2 Disputed matters: Inlet water of motor needs to be determined by both parties: If it is confirmed that the quality problem
caused water inflow on the technical standard of IPX5, we provide replacement free of charge.
3.3 Out-of-warranty and paid service : motor line cut-off, leakage, impact caused by external force, customer selfdisassembly
and modification, warranty card purchase invoice missing or altered , Non-YADEA spare parts assembly, problems caused by
nonYADEA product quality, natural disasters . Costs incurred during the repair service shall be paid by the customer. Costs for
spare parts are charged according to the sp are parts price list. Labor fees are charged according to Americas Standards .
