Valve spring is broken. Install new valve springs.
There is not enough oil in the engine. Fill engine with correct oil.
The flywheel is loose. Tighten capscrews for flywheel.
A connecting rod is bent. Repair engine.
There is a leak in the exhaust system. Repair exhaust system.
The valve mechanism does not oper-
ate correctly.
Check and repair valve mechanism.
Spark plugs are dirty. Install new spark plugs.
The engine gets too hot. There is not enough coolant in the
cooling system.
