5. Loosen the clamp screw(s).
6. Hold the handgrip and steering bracket
as shown in the illustration and lift up the
outboard motor to dismount it from the
boat.
7. When transporting or storing the out-
board motor while removed from a boat,
keep the outboard motor in the attitude
shown or use an outboard motor stand.
