取扱説明書
このたびは、ヤマハシーリングスピーカーS2/S2Xをお買い求めいただきまして、まこと
にありがとうございます。
S2/S2Xは、屋内におけるバリエーション豊かな音響設備を可能にした天井埋め込み型ス
ピーカーシステムです。
S2は別売トランスST15と組み合わせることにより、非常用放送設備にも対応できます。
ご使用上の注意
スピーカーへの過大な入力は故障の原因になります。
特に次のような信号、ノイズに対しては十分にご注意ください。
・ マイクロホン使用時のハウリング音
・ 電子楽器や発振器の連続音
・ 異常に歪んだ連続信号
・ 電源投入状態での、ミキサー、パワーアンプ等の機器の接続、取り
外しによるショック音
■取付場所
天井取付穴寸法 φ244±3mm
取付可能天井厚 9mm〜40mm
● 取り付けの際は、取付面が重量に充分耐えられる強度があ
るか、確認してください。
強度が不十分な場合は、補強をしてから取り付けてください。
● 取付箇所の強度不足や取付方法の不備による落下等の事
故に対する一切の責任は負いかねます。
● 万一の落下防止のため、セーフティーワイヤーは必ず取り
付けてください。
■取付手順
1. 付属のテンプレート（型紙）を使い、天井に取り付け穴
を開けます。
2. 付属のセーフティーワイヤーのヒートンをスピーカー
ケースの穴にねじ込み、ワイヤーを天井裏の桟にからめて
スプリングフックに通してください。
3. あらかじめ配線されてあるスピーカーコードとS2/S2Xの
スピーカーコードとを、ショート状態にならないように極
性（＋・−）を確認しながら接続します。
複数のスピーカーをご使用の場合は、特に極性にご注意く
ださい。極性が統一されていないと、本来の性能が確保で
きません。
4. スピーカーを天井穴にセットし、スピーカー本体を天井に
押し付けながら、バッフル面のネジA（3本；ニッケルメッ
キ）を矢印方向に締めます。
この際、下図のように取付金具が天井板をはさみつけるま
でしっかりとネジを締めてください。
※スピーカー本体を取り外す際もネジ（3本）をゆるめてく
ださい。ネジをゆるめずに無理に取り外そうとすると、
天井および本体を壊す恐れがあります。
5. フロントグリルをバッフルに合わせ、時計方向に止まる所
まで回して取り付けます。フロントグリルのYAMAHA
エンブレムは自由に回すことができます。お好みの向きに
合わせてください。
