Recommended grease:
Esso beacon 325 grease or
Aeroshell grease #7A
2. Tighten:
Secondary sheave bolt:
60 Nm (6.0 mkg, 43 ftlb)
3. Adjust:
V-belt position
Refer to “DRIVE V-BELT” in CHAPTER 2.
Sheave distance
Sheave offset
Secondary sheave freeplay (clearance)
Refer to “SHEAVE DISTANCE AND OFF-
SET ADJUSTMENT” in CHAPTER 2.
