CYLINDER HEADS
d. Place a 400 ~ 600 grit wet sandpaper on
the surface plate and resurface the cylin-
der head using a figure-eight sanding
pattern.
NOTE:
To ensure an even surface, rotate the cylin-
der head several times.

CHECKING THE OIL DELIVERY PIPE
1. Check:
• oil delivery pipe 1
Damage → Replace.
Obstruction → Wash and blow out with
compressed air.

INSTALLING THE CYLINDER HEADS
1. Install:
• dowel pins 1
• gasket 2
New
2. Install:
• cylinder heads
• washers
• cylinder head nuts (M12: 1 ~ 4)
• cylinder head nuts (M10: 5, 6)
NOTE:
• Lubricate the cylinder head nuts with
engine oil.
• Tighten the cylinder head nuts in the
proper tightening sequence as shown and
torque them in two stages.
