  If there's no sound or the sound is interrupted during playback, the Bluetooth connection between the unit and the device might be disconnected. Perform Bluetooth connection operations again. The unit and device might be too far apart, so move them closer. Nearby devices emitting signals in the 2.4 GHz frequency band (like microwave ovens or wireless LANs) can interfere, so move the unit away from them. Also, make sure that the device’s Bluetooth function is on, that the device is set to send Bluetooth audio signals to the unit, that playback on the device has been performed, and that the device’s volume is not set to minimum.
