Replace it with a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose. * The water supply could be restricted. Check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, and blockages. * There might not be enough water supply. Fully open the water source. * The water inlet filter could be clogged. Remove the filter and rinse it in warm water. * The power nozzle might be in the low-pressure position. Replace it with the desired high-pressure tip. * The pump might be sucking air. Check that hoses and fittings are airtight. Turn off the machine, and purge the pump by squeezing the trigger gun until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle.

Turn the switch to the “ON” ( I ) position. * The power cord might not be plugged in. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. * The extension cord could be too long, not the proper gauge, or damaged. Replace the extension cord with either a 25’ (7.6 m) 14/3 gauge cord or a 50’ (15 m) 14/3 gauge cord. * The electrical outlet may not supply adequate power. Try a different outlet. * The pressure washer thermal protector might be tripped. Allow the unit to cool, and then restart it.
